What Is Koyomi-Link?

Koyomi-Link is a resident desktop companion app that connects our custom mobile apps to Windows PCs. Simply keep it running on your PC, and it receives text and commands sent from compatible apps on the same network, reflecting them in the active input field on the PC in real time.

The connection is completed entirely within your local network (same Wi-Fi) without going through the internet or any external server, making it suitable for sensitive text data and enabling fast, responsive input linkage.

Manually typing barcode values into your PC

Combined with the barcode reader app "Scaflow," barcode values scanned on your iPhone or iPad are sent to input fields on your PC—Excel, web browsers, or in-house systems—as if typed on a keyboard. This reduces manual-entry errors and effort in inventory management, inspection, and product registration work.

Using your smartphone phrases on a PC

Linked with the phrase keyboard app "PhraseBoard," phrases selected on your iPhone can be sent directly to the cursor position on your PC. Even in environments where you cannot install template software on the PC, your smartphone works like a "phrase remote control."

Sending photos and files to a PC without a cable

Combined with the file transfer app "KoyomiDrop," photos, videos, and files on your iPhone or iPad can be transferred directly to a Windows PC on the same network.

How to Use

• 1. Launch Koyomi-Link on your Windows PC. The screen shows a "waiting" status along with a connection QR code and connection details.
• 2. Scan the QR code with a compatible app (Scaflow, PhraseBoard, KoyomiDrop, etc.) on your iPhone or iPad.
• 3. Once connected, whatever you enter, scan, or select on your smartphone is sent to the PC.

FAQ and Notes

If you cannot connect

First, make sure the PC and smartphone are on the same Wi-Fi (local network). If the QR code connection fails, manual connection using an IP address is also available. Depending on your security software or firewall settings, you may be asked to allow the communication—select "Allow" in that case.

Intended use

Koyomi-Link and its compatible apps are input-assist tools intended to streamline inventory management, office work, and data entry in the user's own work environment. They do not include features intended for automated posting to external services or any operation that violates terms of service.
