PhraseKeyboard is an app that lets you register, edit, and organize reusable phrases in the main app, then insert them from a custom iOS keyboard. It is designed for repeated replies and recurring text entry in messages, emails, and forms, with category organization and manual ordering support. It is currently under App Store review.
