These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the app "Saisun" ("this App"). Users agree to these Terms before using this App.

Article 2 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)

This App includes some paid features (subscriptions). Prices are as displayed in the App Store.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed and will continue unless the user cancels them.

Article 3 (Cancellation and Stopping Automatic Renewal)

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the App Store account settings. If canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal, charges for the following month can be stopped.

All copyrights related to this App and all provided content belong to us or the rightful holders.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this App. However, this does not apply if exemption is not permitted by applicable laws.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law applies to the interpretation of these Terms. Any disputes related to this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where the developer is located.
