These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the app "Naruhaya" ("the App").
Some features in the App require payment through a subscription. Fees are based on the price displayed in the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your App Store account settings. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
All content and rights related to the App are the property of the developer or rightful owner.
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App. This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location.
