These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the conditions for using the app “Naruhaya Movie” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). By using the App, users agree to these Terms.
The App includes optional paid features available via subscription. Fees will be as shown on the App Store.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled by the user in advance.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their App Store account settings. To avoid charges for the next period, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the current subscription ends.
All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content belong to the developer or the rightful owner.
The developer shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the App. This does not apply if liability cannot be excluded under applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the developer’s jurisdiction.
