Privacy Policy

MINE PRIME (the “App”) is a business application designed to support secondhand dealers with purchase appraisals, customer management, transaction management, secondhand goods ledger management, and the creation of business documents.

Koyomi App Lab (the “Operator”) establishes this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain how information is handled within the App.

1. Basic Policy

The App is designed so that customer information, transaction information, images, signatures, and other business data handled by users are generally processed on the user's own devices and between parent and child devices managed by the user.

The App does not include functionality that automatically transmits, stores, or collects such customer information or business data on servers operated by the Operator.

Users of the App are responsible for appropriately managing customer information and transaction information entered into the App as part of their own business operations.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to the handling of information within the App.

When a user leaves the App and accesses an external service, application, or website, the privacy policy and other terms established by the relevant service provider apply to the handling of information by that service.

4. Purposes of Use

Information handled within the App is primarily used to provide the following functions.

  • Purchase appraisal and transaction management
  • Customer information management
  • Management of identity verification records
  • Creation and management of secondhand goods ledgers
  • Creation of estimates, transaction statements, purchase consent and receipt documents, and other documents
  • Management of purchase cancellations, reversals, and other transaction history
  • Creation of CSV data for accounting purposes
  • Synchronization of business data between parent and child devices
  • Application settings and device management
  • Provision of features according to the Free version or Pro plan

The Operator does not use such customer information or business data for its own independent purposes.

5. Local Storage and Security

Customer information, transaction information, and other primary business data handled by the App are generally stored locally on the user's device.

To protect stored information, the App uses measures including database encryption, iOS Keychain for authentication and encryption-related information, the iOS application sandbox, and iOS file protection features.

Images, signatures, and other files are also managed within storage areas dedicated to the App.

When biometric authentication such as Face ID or Touch ID is used, the underlying facial or fingerprint data is managed by Apple's systems. The App does not obtain or store the biometric data itself.

No technical measure can guarantee absolute security. Users should therefore also take appropriate precautions, including setting a device passcode, keeping the operating system up to date, and properly managing their devices.

6. Parent and Child Device Data Synchronization

The App provides functionality for connecting parent and child devices and synchronizing business data between them.

Data synchronization between parent and child devices is performed through direct device-to-device communication over a local network managed by the user.

Servers or cloud services operated by the Operator do not relay business data during synchronization between parent and child devices.

Device connections use authentication information established during pairing to protect communications and confirm the identity of the connected device.

7. External Communications and Services

The current version of the App does not include functionality that automatically sends customer information, transaction information, images, signatures, or other business data to servers operated by the Operator.

The current version also does not include external SDKs for advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics, or crash-report collection.

However, communication or integration with services provided by Apple may occur in the following cases.

  • Communication with the App Store when purchasing or restoring the Pro plan, or when checking subscription status
  • Integration with Apple Maps when the user explicitly selects an action such as “Open in Maps”

Information handled by services provided by Apple is subject to Apple's privacy policies and other applicable terms.

8. App Store and Pro Plan

The Pro plan offered by the App uses Apple's App Store in-app purchase system.

Purchases, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and other payment-related processing are handled through Apple's systems.

The App and the Operator do not obtain, view, or store credit card numbers, bank account information, or other payment-method information.

To provide Pro plan features, the App processes purchase results, product identification information, and transaction information required to determine subscription validity through StoreKit on the user's device.

The Pro plan status determined by the App may be synchronized from a parent device to a child device. Child devices do not independently query the App Store to obtain subscription status.

9. Data Export and Sharing

The App can generate PDF, CSV, and other files from information registered in the App when the user explicitly performs an export action.

Exported data may include secondhand goods ledgers, estimates, transaction statements, purchase consent and receipt documents, accounting CSV files, customer data, and other related information.

If the user exports or shares data using iOS sharing features, AirDrop, email, printing, file storage, or another method, the user is responsible for managing and protecting that information after it leaves the App.

When sharing files containing personal information with third parties, users should carefully confirm the recipient and the intended scope of sharing.

10. Data Deletion and Retention

Some information, including transaction history and secondhand goods ledger records, may be managed through logical deletion or deactivation rather than permanent deletion in order to preserve business history and audit records.

Depending on the user's settings, certain images stored on a child device may be deleted after synchronization with the parent device has been completed.

The App does not include functionality that automatically deletes all business data after a specified period. Users are responsible for managing data retention and disposal in accordance with applicable laws and any required retention periods.

When the App is removed from a device, databases, files, and other data stored within the App's sandbox are deleted by iOS.

However, authentication information and encryption-related information stored in the iOS Keychain are subject to iOS behavior, and removal of the App alone does not guarantee that all such Keychain information will always be deleted.

Because customer information and transaction information handled by the App are not stored on servers operated by the Operator, there is no procedure for requesting deletion of such business data from the Operator's servers. Users should manage data stored on their devices through the deletion or deactivation functions provided by the App or through device-level application management.

Since the App does not store customer information or transaction information on servers operated by the Operator, such business data will not remain on the Operator's servers after the App is removed.

11. Disclosure to Third Parties

Because the Operator does not obtain customer information, transaction information, images, signatures, or other business data stored in the App, the Operator does not sell, provide, or disclose such information to third parties.

If a user provides information to a third party using the App's export or sharing functions, such disclosure is performed at the user's own discretion and responsibility.

12. Management of Personal Information by Users

The App may be used as a business support tool by secondhand dealers and other businesses that handle customers' personal information.

Customer information entered into the App must be appropriately managed by the business using the App as part of its own business operations.

Users are responsible for complying with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act, and other laws and regulations applicable to their business, including any required notification or disclosure of purposes of use, security management, retention, and disposal of information.

The App does not use a consent mechanism for the Operator to collect personal information for advertising, behavioral analysis, or marketing purposes because the App does not perform such collection.

13. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may revise this Policy when necessary due to changes to the App's features, changes in laws or Apple's platform requirements, or other operational reasons.

If material changes are made, they will be announced through the App's distribution page, Koyomi App Lab, or another appropriate method.

The revised Policy will take effect when it is published or on another effective date separately specified by the Operator.
